Butcher's log be fully restored. It was stripped completely by sandblasting. The zinc works has been maintained. The finish is made with linseed oil and therebentine essence. The tray is therefore usable for food, cleaning with hot water preferably. The total height is 118 cm on the upper part, which is removable.
