Beautiful small vase from the 'foreign' series with marbled effect, minimalist design by designer heinz siery for scheurich, collector's item from the 1950s, numbered 271-22 at the bottom. West germany was actually a collective name for ceramics that came onto the market roughly between 1950 and 1990. Some well-known names are roth, carstens, ruscha, jopeko, jasba, fohr, but the greatest were perhaps scheurich and bay.
