Louis-Philippe period mahogany writing desk with candlestick, 19th century

19th-century mahogany writing desk, Romantic period, circa 1830, Louis-Philippe style, with candlesticks and inkwell. The drop-front features a mirrored interior, revealing a compartment with a chased silvered bronze candlestick and a pincushion. The lower drawer forms a writing surface, covered in green morocco leather, and includes two glass inkwells. The feet are finished with zoomorphic bronze sabots with ram's feet. I note several areas where the mahogany veneer is missing from the surface of the feet, as well as some wear to the surface of the morocco leather. Other signs of wear are present, which I have not listed. The key is not functional.
