Japanese plate circa 1900 birds and insects

Beautiful large japanese porcelain plate dating from around 1900 (meiji era 1868-1912) with a lovely finely hand-painted decoration. The decoration is composed of birds on a flowering branch, insects and a snail. Red and gold rim and gold highlights in the central decoration. Diameter of 25 cm. Good condition apart from a large hair in the center.
