Paul Kedel for Flygsfors Big Coquille Bowl in Orange, White and Clear Glass

Vintage 1950s Swedish bowl/vase, designed by Paul Kedelv for Flygsfors as part of the "Coquille" collection. This large piece features an attractive, elongated shape highlighted by vibrant orange and white stripes on the bottom half with a clear crystal edge. Flygsfors was a Swedish glassmaker that turned to Art Glass under the creative direction of Paul Kedelv. His pieces are increasingly sought after since the brand ceased activities in 1979. This item is very well preserved, with minor signs of age such as small scratches, but is otherwise in perfect condition. The flat base is even, ensuring the piece is perfectly balanced and stable.
