Propeller coffee table by Knut Hesterberg for Ronald Schmitt, a design dating to 1964. A circular smoked glass top rests on an aluminium base with a brushed finish. The base consists of three curved blades flowing from a central point, giving the table its name. Its low profile and transparent top allow the changing curves of the aluminium to remain visible from above and from the sides. Vintage condition with signs of age and use. The glass top has a scratch and a very small chip, both shown in the photographs. The metal base shows surface marks and variations in finish.
