XL 19th century walnut drapery table

Antique draper's table in solid walnut from the late 19th century. We love its XL format of 2.5m, the essence of its wood (wood color and grain) so unique and qualitative. The table rests on 5 turned wooden legs of a very beautiful elegance. The middle leg allows good stability and robustness of the tabletop, given its size. Spacer between the legs. Two large drawers topped with round wooden handles carved from the block. Fully restored, sanded, treated lightly stained then protected with a transparent matte varnish. This table is very old, it therefore has signs of wear, small defects and marks in the wood, inherent to its great age and its previous lives. Traces of pitting in places, as the photos attest. Its height under the band allows you to imagine it as much as a work table, central island, or dining table. We love the patina of the wood, which makes it an absolutely unique and authentic object.
