19th century oval solid oak table

Antique farmhouse table, or rustic table from the 1900s or late 19th century, in solid dark oak. With its oval shape, it has very generous dimensions. We love its top, pegged, with its unique patina, its marks of time, its irregularities and its slightly hollowed appearance in places giving this table all its charm and authenticity. Resting on four turned legs, and its central crosspieces, allowing robustness over time. Entirely pegged, each detail reminds us of its age and its former lives, the wood hollowed, patinated and carved in the mass also.
