Carlo de Carli round rosewood table, 1960s

This Italian mid-century round table was designed by Carlo De Carli and made in the 1960s.  The table height is 76 cm, and the diameter is 128 cm. The table features a single central pedestal standing on a hexagonal base, giving the piece a strong and distinctive silhouette while providing generous legroom around the tabletop. Viewed from the side, the pedestal has a characteristic hourglass-like shape, creating a sculptural effect without compromising the table's functionality. The round tabletop is finished in beautifully grained rosewood and features a thick edge, emphasizing the quality of the materials and craftsmanship.
