Suspension "Tulip" orange Peill & Putzler, Germany 1960-70

Superb and rare Peill & Putzel "tulip" suspension in orange, large model, diameter 50cm, in perfect condition. Made of "incamiciato" blown glass (white glass covered with a coloured layer), typical of the Mid-Century productions of this German company. Period: 1960-70s, produced in the DUREN factory (merger of Peill & Putzler, 1947) Technique: lifting of an internal opaline glass + orange tinted glass - the "incamiciato" effect allows the light to illuminate the body of the chandelier. "Tulip" shape: convex downwards, elongated central neck, aesthetically similar to "trumpet" models.
