Iconic "Semi" suspension designed by Claus Bonderup & Torsten Thorup for Fog & Mørup, Denmark, 1970s. A classic of Scandinavian design, recognisable by its sleek and airy silhouette, straddling modernist minimalism and Space Age influence. Large version with a diameter of approximately 70 cm, offering an elegant and graphic presence once suspended. Structure in white lacquered metal with a central diffuser and original porcelain socket. The light fixture retains its original functional textile wiring, as well as its original mounting hook. Long black cable allowing for a beautiful drop and various installation heights. Very high-quality craftsmanship. Good overall vintage condition with some signs of use and slight marks on the paint, consistent with age. The lampshade also has a slight haze (see photo); the deformation remains discreet.
