Superb solid oak dining table from the 1950s, showcasing the craftsmanship of post-war French cabinetmaking. Its simple and elegant design is rooted in the great tradition of the Reconstruction style, featuring slightly curved saber legs, a characteristic signature of French workshops from this period. The tabletop, framed with a carefully crafted moulding and mitred joints at the corners, reveals a beautifully warm golden honey hue, remarkably well preserved. The apron includes a round knob drawer on one side and recessed rectangular handles, combining functionality and aesthetics. Its main asset: an integrated sliding extension system that allows the length to be adjusted according to your needs, from 90 cm up to approximately 220 cm.
