Very beautiful small oil painting on wood panel dating from the 60s. It represents a still life with an apple and a sugar bowl. It is signed lower left Yves Armand Millecam (1933-2024). "Yves Armand Millecam was born in Oran, Algeria in 1933. He studied fine arts and moved to Paris in 1955 where he held numerous exhibitions. The French state bought a painting from him in 1960. His works are in many private collections, both in France and abroad." This large green apple and this white ceramic sugar bowl from Sarreguemines, accompanied by 2 pieces of sugar, seem very realistic thanks to the work of shadows and light! The geometric shapes associated with the very bright green make it a still life that catches the eye! The whole is in its original condition, note: marks and signs of age on the painting. Please take a close look at the photos in detail, they are part of the product description! Keep in mind that this is an old painting, its traces of time and imperfections make it a unique piece with its history! Dimensions: 22 cm long / 16 cm wide. Weight without packaging: 40 grams. This contemporary still life will be perfect in a kitchen!.
