After finishing her studies, she attended art history courses at the Metropolitan in New York, then the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris and became a student of the New York painter Joseph FLOCH. She was then hired by Tina LESSER to create fashion accessories. She later became the assistant to Howard BAY for the sets and costumes of his plays (Show Boat II - Up in Central Park - Marinka - Deep are the Roots…).
