Louis XV mirror

This large format mirror is a very beautiful decorative piece. Old, it certainly dates from the end of the 19th century. Its characteristic shape, rounded in its upper part, is called louis philippe. Its frame has a mixed ornamentation, an ornamental pattern consisting of foliage, flowers, and pearls. However the ornamentation of the pediment defined it in the louis XV style. The frame is completely restored. The mirror is beveled, and rather in good condition. Some discreet traces of mercury are present that accentuates a charm of yesteryear. Restoration in the respect of the patina patina of origin and a vintage look.
