Vegetable dish Dubarry - Creil and Monterau 1880-1900

Antique vegetable dish “Dubarry” – Creil & Montereau – 1880-1920. Rare piece in fine earthenware, from the “Dubarry” service of the Creil and Montereau factory. The pink hue used here, often referred to as English red in old catalogues, was highly sought after during the Belle Époque, particularly for table services. In beautiful vintage condition, with a lovely patina, and old crazing under the glaze (see photos). Diameter 22 cm. Height 7.5 cm.
