Mid Century Brass Ceiling Light - Jo Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup, Denmark

Stunning mid-century modern Danish pendant/ceiling light from the 'Nova' series designed by Jo/Johannes Hammerborg for Fog & Mørup (Denmark, 1960s). The ceiling light is made of brass with orange and gray lacquered inner shades (the shade in the middle is grey, the two other ones are orange). Its smooth lines and harmonious proportions make it a great choice for a variety of interior styles. Delivers a nice, warm and cozy light (see pictures). Beautiful mid century Danish design and high quality. The 'Nova' series was designed in 1963 by Jo Hammerborg, who was the main designer of the famous Danish lighting manufacturer Fog & Mørup in the 1960s and 1970s. Cleaned, rewired and ready to use (compatible in all countries Europe, UK, US, etc.). Requires 1x E27 light bulbs. LED compatible. Total height (from ceiling): 80 cm; height (without the cable): 19 cm; Ø: 41 cm. The height is adjustable. Very good vintage condition. Usual light wear and patina consistent with age and use.
