Description. A remarkable French Art Nouveau side table dating from around 1915, made of wood and distinguished by its unusual triangular shape. The sculptural design combines a bold geometric construction with expressive hand-carved ornamentation. Appearance. The triangular top is decorated with deeply carved floral and leafy motifs, surrounded by a beaded border and a vertically carved apron. Three tapered supports connect the top to a matching triangular base, with a small central shelf adding both structure and visual interest.
