Pair of antique wooden deckchairs - Clairitex antique armchairs

Original lines and pleasant seating comfort for this pair of antique wooden outdoor deckchairs. We immediately set our sights on these pieces of furniture from the French garden furniture manufacturer Clairitex. Made from wooden slats, they were once used on an ocean liner, hence the presence of boat varnish. Antique, from the 50s and 60s, they display a strong patina giving them an absolutely ravishing charm. Antique, they remain in beautiful condition. One of the armrests displays two cracks (see photos). A simple and ingenious system allows them to offer two seat heights, a lounge and a higher one. H. Low 26cm and H. High 42cm. They are very comfortable with their armrests and ultra sturdy. The armchairs are fully foldable for easy storage. On a terrace, these armchairs promise pleasant moments of relaxation.
