Jean Nouvel 1st Edition Less Dining Table for Molteni 1994

Early edition less dining or working table designed by the french architect jean nouvel in 1994 for molteni italy. The table was originally designed for the cartier foundation in paris. Minimalist and sleek design. The very thin top has a dinstinctive sunken underside, giving the strenght and keeping the minimalist appearence. The table is entirely made of steel; the legs consist of steel bars in l-shaped profiles, while the top is made of folded sheet iron. The legs can be unscrewed from the top. The table is finished in metallic grey/silver. The design has won several awards. The table is in good original condition. Some minor scratches on the top and a very tiny lacquer damage at a corner side of the top.
