Elegant side table in precious wood marquetry in the Louis XV style. Parisian work from the Faubourg Saint Antoine. Charming small side table stamped under its upper top, with the cabinetmaker's seal marked in the wood, attesting to its quality of craftsmanship. An elegant living room piece, refined, decorative, and functional. It features a writing shelf, covered with an intact tawny leather mat, as well as two side drawers with golden brass pull knobs. The oval-shaped upper top is made of precious wood marquetry, depicting a refined decoration of vases, flowers, and flasks. The slightly curved legs are cabriole, joined by a kidney-shaped stretcher, also decorated with a scene of refreshments, vases, and flasks, providing additional display space. Rich gilded bronze ornamentation, finely chiselled on its uprights, foot drops, and sabot. Small side table or work table in very good condition. Perfect stability.
