Painting under glass oil signed bouquet of flowers

Nice little painting representing a delicate bouquet of flowers in a vase. It seems to me that it is an oil on panel, of wood perhaps, but without certainty, because the whole is protected by glass on the front and a glued coating, peach skin effect, on the back. This oil is dressed in a white wooden marie-louise and a gilded frame, and equipped with a small metal ring to hang it on the wall. Some artists signed on the drawing, and it seems to me that this is the case here: the bouquet has a small very fine mark, copper color, in the shape of a letter (one may have followed by an r ), at the bottom right, under a sheet. This mark (monogram?) contrasts with the rest because it is the only element painted in this copper color, with a much finer tool than the small brushes that were used for the bouquet. In addition, it does not seem to represent an element of the bouquet... Investigation to be conducted so if you are interested; ) It is in good general condition but has traces of time: some small sinkings or splinters on the golden frame, not very visible, and many small spots on the marie-louise (insect droppings?). The glass looks dirty, with a dull veil, inner side. This would deserve a cleaning, you will have to remove the back coating to be able to access the inner face of the glass and the marie-louise. It measures about 21 cm in height by 16 cm in width and 2 cm in thickness. It weighs 270g.
