Cake stand, glass pedestal plate Bernsdorf depression style

Large footed dish in pressed glass, amber colour, for presenting tarts and cakes. Reliefs on the underside of the dish create a beautiful textured effect. It is part of the Lady series, produced by Ankerglas Bernsdorf in 1932. Ankerglas Bernsdorf was a German glassworks established in Bernsdorf in 1872, known for its wide variety of glass objects, including Art Deco pieces. In very good condition. Diameter 29.5 cm.
