Beautiful antique ironstone plate from the Gien factory, Annam model. Very pretty green printed decoration, featuring a central rosette and a rich ornamental border around the edge. An elegant and uncommon model, typical of Gien's older productions. Stamped on the back: Opaque Porcelain of Gien – Ironstone – Annam. Ideal for completing an Annam service, a collection of ironstone, or for wall decoration. Overall good condition for its age. No chips or cracks. Some scratches and slight signs of use visible on the glaze, as well as a fine patina due to time. The set is clean and the decoration is well preserved. See photos.
