Mid Century Modern Dining Set, Round Table with 4 Fredrik Kayser Chairs

This beautiful dining set is a great example of how mid-century modern designs from different origins but the same era can work together. The table, made of solid wood with a round wooden leg and a black-painted cast iron base, comes from former Czechoslovakia and was produced by Dřevotvar Jablonné, a respected furniture manufacturer. It is paired with four chairs designed by Fredrik Kayser and made by Viken Møbelfabrikk, a company he worked with from 1956 to 1966. The set has been carefully restored: all wooden elements were cleaned and refinished with oil for protection and a natural finish, while the upholstery remains in very good original condition. Please note these are vintage items and, despite a complete renovation, may show minor traces of use or imperfections. Sold as a set of 5 – 1 table and 4 chairs.
