3 dessert plates XIX Sarreguemines Majolica shaded enamel Rubelles

Rare set of 3 plates with different fruit designs in Sarreguemines earthenware, in the style of the Rubelles shaded enamels. The rim of the plates is adorned with arabesques, while the centre features fruits. One plate has medlar, one has oval plums, and one has hazelnuts. Impressed with SARREGUEMINES MAJOLICA EXCELLENT CONDITION, with no cracks, stains, or knife marks, thick glaze, deep colours; the plate with plums has a tiny superficial wear of glaze on the rim, the plate with hazelnuts has a chip and a very small glaze loss on the rim and another underneath, see photo.
