Bookcase/shelf

Old cabinet transformed into a bookcase or shelf unit this beautiful cabinet is in walnut veneer with two drawers lined with toile de jouy paper. It has been completely sanded, repaired and then protected with a colorless wax-like varnish. We removed the damaged door and created walnut stained shelves to match the rest. The interior was repainted white to bring out the shelves. Note that this cabinet is very old and that certain parts could not be replaced, such as a piece of baguette at the top under the cornice. (see photo) but this is very little visible.
