A wonderful and rare pair of minimalist salt and pepper shakers from the mid-century 1950s. Designed and made by Werkstatte Carl Aubock Vienna. The droplet-shaped shakers are made from light and dark bovine horn; its wooden holder is made of walnut. These two materials are typical of Carl Aubock. In excellent original condition.
