Knife painting on panel framed, signed Gérard Cardella known as Zarou. The painting depicts houses by the sea or lake. Zarou was a French painter and lithographer born on 9 August 1930 in Gassin, who died on 20 November 2013 in Saint-Antonin-du-Var. Condition: Signs of use and age are visible: On the frame, there are areas of beige paint loss revealing the wood; the painting is in good condition but needs cleaning (see photos).
