Painting breton landscape signed nedelec

This navy represents a breton landscape. Very beautifully painted, it is signed nedelec. Several breton painters bear this surname and I have not been able to determine which one it is. When I it, this canvas was surrounded by two frames. I made the choice to remove the largest that, in my opinion, served the painting. I left one which, without being in perfect condition, does not distort the picture. The canvas itself is in perfect condition. According to the framework, we can situate this painting in the 80s. I would see this unique painting in a residence by the sea.
