Large canvas of a Catalan landscape with boats departing for lamparo fishing (lamparo fishing, an ancient Mediterranean tradition). It referred to the acetylene lamp once used for this fishing method, based on the attraction of certain fish to an artificial light source. Neither dated nor signed, the canvas has apparently been re-stretched onto a new frame.
