Pair of carved wall consoles in Louis XV style

Pair of wall consoles in carved wood, inspired by the decorative repertoire of the Louis XV style. Their dynamic silhouette combines scalloped tops, curved lines, and an elaborate openwork decoration of scrolls, foliage, and rocaille motifs. The consoles rest on two strongly curved supports joined by a sculpted lower stretcher. The particularly generous decorative work gives them a very theatrical presence and a true architectural dimension. Designed to be fixed to the wall, they can be used as a pair in an entrance, on either side of a fireplace or an opening, but also separately as occasional consoles.
