Ceramic mosaic mirror, French, produced around 1970. The circular frame is made up of individually glazed ceramic tiles in graduated shades of blue, ranging from pale blue to cobalt and deep navy, arranged in a geometric pattern around the mirror plate. The design recalls the ceramic production of Vallauris and bears similarities to the work of Mithé Espelt, combining simple geometric shapes with a carefully balanced colour palette. Its modest scale makes it suitable for a bathroom, an entrance hall, a bedroom, or as part of a gallery wall. The mirror retains its original glass with a slight age-related patina.
