Roger Capron coffee table ocher tones

Coffee table signed Atelier Roger Capron in good condition. Made in the 1950s, it has a sandstone tile top supported by a metal structure. This ocher-colored checkered model has particularly successful details, with a bird worked lengthwise on several tiles and plant motifs. Roger Capron has worked extensively with ceramics through emblematic pieces of 20th century design. From his workshop in Vallauris, he helped to promote French know-how in this area.
