Turkmenistan cradle carpet

Turkmenistan sumak cradle carpet. Beautiful old turkmen cradle carpet entirely handmade according to sumak technique, much appreciated for central asian carpets. The beautiful natural colors have not passed with time or exposure to light. Some restorations, which do not harm the overall appearance or aesthetics. The carpet is reinforced inside a strong cotton cloth and lined with a zippered cover that allows you to stuff everything to make a large cushion (see photos). Can obviously be used as is on a bench, a bench, a large sofa. Note the presence of the lead seal which guarantees the authenticity and provenance of the carpet.
