Osvaldo Borsani Pair of P32 Lounge Chairs for Tecno Italy 1956

Great pair of P32 lounge chairs, designed by Osvaldo Borsani in 1956 for Tecno Italy. One chair still has the original manufacturer's label at the base. This model was in production from 1956 till 1962. Very elegant chairs and extremely comfortable. The progressive swivel and return system which automatically brings back the chairs in it's position works, but a bit stiffly. The tilt function of the backrest works fine. The chairs are upholstered in their original black fabric and have a black metal structure with beautiful rod legs with btrass ends. The chairs are in overall good condition. The fabric shows some traces of use, especially a bit fading on the armrests and at the front of the seats. One chair has a light stain at the backrest. All visible in the photos.
