Made of thick layered art glass in ruby red, yellow/amber and clear glass. The geometric block form and layered Sommerso technique are characteristic of Italian glass design from this period and work particularly well in Mid-Century Modern and Italian Modernist interiors. Comparable vases are often associated with makers and designers such as Mandruzzato, Flavio Poli, Seguso, Campanella, Bucella, Oball and V. Nason. As this piece is unsigned and without a manufacturer’s label, no specific attribution can be confirmed. Dimensions: Height: approx. 14.2 cm. Width: approx. 4.5 cm. Condition: Very good vintage condition with only minor age-related signs of use. There are a few very small flea bites along one edge, which are barely noticeable under normal viewing conditions. Please refer to the detailed photos for the condition.
