Vintage rattan and bamboo basket - Traditional weaving from China

Large basket or cache-pot from the 1970s, cylindrical in shape, ideal for showcasing your indoor plants or structuring your decor. A piece of Asian craftsmanship that captivates with its quality of manufacture and its distinctly natural and warm aesthetic. Made from bamboo and rattan, it combines rigid flat bands with meticulous raised weaving, all enhanced by contrasting borders. In very good vintage condition. The structure is rigid, stable, and solid, with slight and discreet signs of wear, natural oxidation of the fibre on the central pattern, which adds to its authentic charm. Diameter 24 cm. Height 22 cm.
