Large coffee pot / chocolate pot in pyrite stoneware, handmade in the 1970s. This piece features a beautiful speckled brown and black glaze, characteristic of high-temperature stoneware production. The shape is generous and balanced, with a wide belly, an elegant spout, and a comfortable handle. The natural, almost mineral decoration and the slight surface irregularities testify to genuine workshop craftsmanship. The piece is signed under the base with an incised monogram (to be identified), typical of French artisanal ceramics from the second half of the 20th century, in the spirit of productions from La Borne / Puisaye. Very good overall condition. Please note: slight irregularities and micro-roughness of the glaze related to the firing, characteristic of artisanal work.
