Designed in 1926 by Eileen Gray, the Non Conformist armchair is recognizable by its asymmetry. On one side, a padded armrest creates a continuous curve. On the other, a chrome diagonal leaves the side open. The seat features longitudinal stitching and the black back cushion contrasts with the slender tubular legs. The piece bears a label on its structure reading "Eileen Gray Design" with the VW monogram of Vereinigte Werkstätten, visible in the photos. Excellent condition, minimal signs of use.
