Swiss table lamp Space mid-century by Temde, 1960s

Rare table lamp from the Swiss manufacturer Temde. A functional light source and at the same time an impressive luminous object in the room. The most striking detail is the large restored red glass diffuser. The slender stem is elegantly curved, descending to a flat base and slightly widening towards the top. The white of the base is echoed in a disc-shaped screw head on top of the red shade.
