Mid-century space age mushroom table lamp, 1960s

Rare mid-century mushroom table lamp in orange. A minimalist design in a striking colour. The simple shade is drum-shaped and closes with a wide radius at the top. It is situated on a metal frame and has an opening in the middle of the lamp. The lamp is intended for a sealed head bulb, with the mirror emerging at the top of the shade. The base widens towards the bottom. Inside, it features a heavy cast iron Erwi element. The lamp has a pull switch. It is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina.
