MAGNIFICENT jug representing a Pelican from the 1920s. Made by Gilbert Méténier, a famous French ceramist, these moulds were destroyed during the Second World War to prevent them from being taken by the Germans. This jug is made of brown glazed stoneware with blue flames. No defects. Height: 21.5 cm. Width with handles: 14 cm.
