French Vintage Leaf Metal and Wood Hanging Light Textured Glass Shade.At the centre of the fixture is a white textured glass shade with a warm amber-coloured edge, creating a lovely soft glow when illuminated. Surrounding the glass is a decorative metal cage-like framework, beautifully formed with delicate autumnal leaves and foliage, giving the light a wonderfully natural and rustic character. The fittings are made from wood, adding warmth and contrast to the painted metalwork. The light is suspended from a five-link metal chain and finished with a matching wooden ceiling fitter, completing its authentic vintage appearance.The light has French twin core wiring and takes 1 bulb small screw in type E14s. The metalwork is in good vintage condition, with some minor chips to the painted finish in places, consistent with age and previous use. The wooden fittings have some marks and surface scratches, again in keeping with the age and vintage nature of the piece. The glass shade is in good condition, with no chips or cracks.
