Pair of Louis XV style lamp bases - Rococo decor - gilded bronze

Beautiful pair of lamp bases in Louis XV style, dating from the second half of the 20th century. Made of bronze. Original gilding and patina, in good condition. The lamp bases feature a rich rocaille decoration composed of shells, scrolls, acanthus leaves, and floral motifs. The curved shafts and scalloped bases are characteristic of the Louis XV style. Designed from the outset for electric lighting. The electrical system has been completely redone: sockets, switches, and sockets (for E14 bulbs). Cardboard candles, in good condition.
