Murano glass crystal chandelier 1960’s. Bronze frame entirely covered with tiny crystal beads. Height including chain and ceiling canopy 160 cm. Height without chain and ceiling canopy 83 cm. Width 60 cm. Features 6 lights. Requires e14 light bulbs. Murano glass drops change color with light. This peculiar technique is produced with the inclusion of neodymium oxide into the molten glass. In this way, the murano glass artwork will change color with different lighting conditions: lavender appears with natural, yellowish or warm white artificial light. Blue under fluorescent or cold white light.
