Genuine Eye Ball floor lamp from the 1970s, featuring 3 lights in chrome metal. Designed by French designer Etienne Fermigier for the lighting publisher Monix. Monix is an iconic brand in the lighting field, founded by Maxime Lokiec and based in Paris. With its futuristic lines inspired by the "Space Age, " this flagship model is the perfect example of vintage design. Mounted on a circular base weighted with cast iron and stamped "Monix Paris Déposé, " it features 3 adjustable ball spots in brushed metal. The globes rest on metal arcs and can be tilted for more or less direct light. In good used condition, there are some light scratches and a few small dents on two spots. The central spot has a visible dent from 3 different angles in the accompanying photos. This floor lamp has undergone a complete renovation without being altered. It has been cleaned, and all the chrome parts have regained their shine without signs of oxidation. The electrical system has been entirely redone by a professional. Equipped with a foot switch, it is in perfect working order. It operates with E27 bulbs (not included). Today, Monix lighting is sought after for its vintage design and artisanal quality, reflecting a time when innovation and aesthetics were at the heart of lighting product creation.
