Amsterdam chair by designer pierre guariche edited for steiner in the 50s. Rare and timeless product, light and elegant. Black lacquered metal base with some traces of use. Seat and backrest lacquered plywood reupholstered. High-density foam upholstered with an elitis fabric alchimia scala collection. Pierre guariche was a visionary designer, he knew how to bring to the furniture a functionalist dimension without ever forgetting the aesthetic approach. His creations such as the tonneau chair (1953 and 1954), the tulip chair (1956) or the président desk (1961), have become mythical pieces.
