Set of 6 Dessert Plates in Ironstone "Flora" – Creil and Montereau, 19th Century, Blue Dessert plate in fine earthenware / ironstone. From the famous "Flora" model of the Creil and Montereau factory, this model features a delicate floral decoration in blue monochrome printed under the glaze. Stamped with the historical mark L.M. & Cie, this shaped piece was produced between 1855 and 1876, making it a superb witness to the table arts of the 19th century under the Third Republic. Dimensions: Diameter: 19.5 cm Height: 2 cm Condition: Very good overall condition for its age (1 plate slightly more damaged with 2 chips). An object over 100 years old, it retains traces of time and manufacturing (normal crazing of the glaze), see photos.
