old carved wooden baker's trough / rustic trunk chest

Magnificent mini baker's kneading trough (or chest/trunk on legs) vintage made of solid wood carved with a chisel. Rustic chic style, popular, country. Wood carved on all sides giving it a worked texture, metal/forged iron horseshoe pattern on the front and side handle. Chest opening from the top, resting on a sturdy trestle base. Generally good vintage condition, beautiful original patina with a few light marks of time that give it all its charm, ideal as a side piece, entrance furniture, storage chest, bar, or decorative piece for a rustic interior (cabin, country house).
